Jamie Miller is a knowledgeable Realtor with over 8 years of experience she has a vast knowledge of the Madison real estate market and the home selling and buying process.  Jamie’s known for really listening and giving spot on advice and guidance to her clients and being a thoughtful negotiator, always supporting her clients best interest.   A great resource, she shares solid advice around market values as they relate to specific neighborhoods and provides quarterly updates to her past clients on their neighborhood values. New to Madison?  Want a neighborhood change? Jamie has a great understanding of the idiosyncrasies of each neighborhood from a living perspective. Want to be close to a bike path or school?  Want a community oriented neighborhood?  Jamie can explain each area in great detail making sure you aren’t just buying a home, but a lifestyle.  Because of her connections, she is sometimes able to match buyers with homes not yet on the market.  When it comes to listing a house, Jamie is a seasoned marketer and networker, utilizing social media advertising and internet marketing strategies to bring more buyers to her properties. Open houses?  She’s a Pro!  Buyers love talking to her due to her conversational style which bodes well for selling!  Jamie is a great compromiser & negotiator leaving everyone at the closing table happy.

Personally, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband, Hershel, a native to Madison (Miller Avenue is actually named after his family), and their son and two daughters. Whether it’s summer Saturdays at the Farmers Market, picnicking at Concerts on the Square, taking a bike ride on one of the great Madison bike trails, or attending a UW sporting event (GO BADGERS!) you’ll likely always see her out and about in the community. Feel free to contact Jamie directly if you’d like a free assessment of your homes value or any home on the market you are curious about.
